A hardware problem. Do not fool around trying to fix it. Only, A month old bring it back for an exchange.

I think it has to be hardware. How could the OS vibrate the computer. Could be the DVD drive, HD, fan. motor any one of many things.

    What is your opinion?

was the dvd disc inserted correctly , the drive on one of my laptops has a sticky locator and sometimes the disc does'nt latch properly ,that causes it to vibrate :)

If you think that you are not inserting the DVD correctly, thats one thing. If it has the problem regardless of how it iserted that is something else. You have to decide, we are not there.

No not angry at all, I really am glad that we are getting to the bottom of this. I apologize for any misconception due to my wording.
