Unable to download file with korean filename

Hi all once again!

I'm unable to download files such as www.domainname.com/미친.flv (this URL doesn't exist)[/url]

When i click on the link, it always say file not found on server

If I copy paste the url into a download manager, it will show www.domainname.com/??.flv

Help anyone?

either the link itself is broken or the server cannot read those character

edit: i already tried renaming the file when downloading and still it can't.so maybe the link is broken
