    my personalization menu is blank. pls help


    i am not able to change the back ground, or set screen saver or change resolution pls tell me what to do.

I am using Windows 7 Pro and I cannot change any themes, screen savers, etc. I bring up the menu and the entire screen is blank, no options. All I see is a screen that says Control Panel Home Others in the company had the same system installed and it works for them.

Hey SevenForums, So I went to browse my control panel today via my Start Bar, which I have set to display as a menu and I get a menu that reads 'Empty'. If I set it as a link or open the control panel normally I see all my items. Any ideas?
This is a tad weird :S Just started showing late yesterday night :sleepy: Anyone know the solution for changing it back to normal? Not that it bothers me that much, i wouldnt reinstall windows :p But it would be nice to have it look as good as possible. Thanks :D ...

Hi There Folks, My first post here. I just upgraded from Vista Ultimate x64 to Windows 7 Ultimate x64, build 7068 I believe and the upgrade went smoothly execept for one thing. My "Start > All Programs" menu is completely blank, there are no items on it whatsoever when there really should be...
