| | Uhm, i just wanted to do a repair install. Only i upgraded my windows vista to windows 7. Now i got 2 cd's and both cd's dont work automatically. So i dont see 'run.exe'. But on my desktop is also 'Upgrade Wizard' to Windows 7. Could i just use that for Repair install? |

| | Think its fixed with the repair install  . My laptop can go back online  Thanks for all the help! Hope i never face the weird desktop again. |

| | best thing you could do now is make a system image and store it on an external hdd or on a separate partition in your hdd. It's a lot quicker to restore your system from a backup image than to do a repair install if or when something else like that happens. |
