yes, auto hide does functions as intended,
however, left or right is used in properties it put the task bar to lef or right but it keep it on top of other windows??
i see that it is not clear, the choice of word on top, does not means left right top bottom but it means the task part remains on-top-of other windows instead being under the other windows. sorry for that
