computer help

ok ive been playing some games and there were alot of them downloaded and i didnt feel like deleting them all so i restored my pc but i needed the win7 disc i didnt have so i downloaded just a os called ubuntu then got win7 discs in mail installed and ever since then my computer cant play games as good anymore like one im playing now WoW i used to not lag at default graphics now im lagging at lowest its not my internet connection my router is on my desktop here in my living room so it cant be that idk any help would be nice

Have you installed all of your drivers? especially the video drivers?

Have you install your hardware drivers?

Go to start > All programs> Windows Update and update your system.

Also, you can go to HPs support site and download the drivers for your system.

says theres 1 major update 10 mb wouldnt there be more to update?

Look under optional updates, if windows cant find the drivers for your hardware, then you need to manually download them from HPs website. Sounds like you need your graphics/video driver.

It's always good to be up to date, but I think what you need is the graphics/video driver from HPs website.

ok i updated the video driver and restarted my pc and im going to see if anything has changed :)
