    KERNELBASE.dll error

Whenever I try to instal something, I get an error about that file. the title reads, "[program it is trying to execute] - Entry point not found", and the message reads, "The procedure entry point RegDeleteValueW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNELBASE.dll."

Can anyone help me figure out what this means and help me fix this?

BTW, this started appearing after I installed some programs from wincustomize.com, which allows you to customize you computer in different ways.
Could these programs have messed with the registry and messed something up?

    Hi VN

Yep that is exactly what happened. DO you have a backup from before the problem started?

Do you have a win 7 dvd to do a repair install?

Turns out it was a simple fix. I just uninstalled the customizing programs, rebooted, and it was gone. Thanks for trying to help though. My brain was fried from hs finals, so I didn't think about doing that before.
