Command Prompt to change primary monitor?
Hey,
I'm working on a batch file to change a system's primary monitor before launching a game. Is there a DOS command to change the primary monitor on a system?
Thanks!

Way beyond me, but have a look at this, and see if it's at all helpful:

Hello !!
Check this script Switching Primary Monitor Using Command Line (even on Vista with SLI enabled) - Guru3D.com Forums it might help !!

That almost worked, but what you have to do with it just to switch the primary monitor back and forth is way too complicated. I'm really looking for something as simple as the Windows GUI way...
Unfortunately, I haven't the slightest clue how to work with vbscript, and the computer I'm trying to do this on doesn't have an NVIDIA card either (and thus no NVIDIA Control Panel).
Any other ideas from anyone?
Hi BCXtreme,
As you have Windows Professional, you can use WIN+P to change the primary monitor. The P is for projector and although you don't have one connected, this feature should still fit your needs.
