Windows Upgrade Advisor for Windows Vista - Microsoft Windows

Why guess or depend on others, be sure and take this test.

I think you are a bit low on RAM to have good performance.

This says 2 GB. I would not go for 64. You will not have good performance. The test is for minimum

You do not need more than 4GB of RAM for good performance. So, if you want to upgrade and get additional ram go for it.

This is a forum for windows 7. I was discussing 7, but you can run 64 on Vista, too.
If you passed the test the answer is yes for 7 and Vista.

Alright thank you, Sorry about all the trouble. I'm only an 18 year old boy trying to learn about computers! But I'm going to buy 2 2GB RAM sticks and Install one, then Install a 64bit Windows 7.
