Windows 7: Missing icons

Missing icons

Somehow I was able to delete/change some setting so that when I now open "Devices and Printers" I get a pop up window but no icons. I would rather do a repair without having to do a complete re-install. I have tried to restore a couple of back-ups, but that has not fixed this issue. I have also looked at the tutorial on running "SFC /Scannow" but do not know what I should see in the text file to fix. Therefore I have not run the "Extract Files from the Installation DVD." I have attached the "SFCdetails.txt file for your use.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Walker,
Thanks for you direction to the tutorial. It seems that everything is back to the way it is supposed to be. I do like this form and will recommend it to others.

Again Thanks,

Sure thing kenz5103, glad I could help. Did repair install do the trick, or did the problem fix itself?

Cheers,
