    You might want to consider switching to Linux then. Windows 7 works great out of the box, and other than cosmetic changes, there's little, if anything to do that will enhance performance.

Anyone remember the webpage that shows all the tweaks that improves Windows 7? It was on here few weeks ago, but I can't remember and can't seem to find the page. This guy showed all the things he disabled from startup to help improve performance. Help will be much appreciated.
