Windows 7: need help in language display

hello. i need help in chinese viewing ~ any idea how? my program all runs funny word

Ok, sorry Eric, it is supposed to display in Chinese, but the characters are not correct? You say funny fonts, and that is a bit unclear. Perhaps a screenshot will help? A Guy

Eric, you aren't giving me much to go by buddy. I need some answers to the questions asked. That appears to be a snip of desktop icons. What is your system language? Is the issue the display in the picture is not the desired language? Does this only happen with desktop shortcuts, etc. Give me a detailed description, write as much as you can. A Guy

i think previously i tried all method... finally solved.
like > the control panel > font option
