I have made a windows 7 32bit repair disk as per the instructions in Win7 and it has got me out of trouble a couple of times. I have a friend who has a problem with a vista computer and didn't make the vista repair, can I use my Win7 repair disk to boot into a vista system (assume both machines are 32 bit). M

Hello Mike,

Yes you can, but you would be better off creating and using a Vista Recovery Disc to repair Vista with instead.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
