Win 7 Pro Shortcuts crash Explorer

I have a strange situation. If I try to right click on a shortcut, it will crash explorer.exe. I wish I had more information to submit, but that is the extent of the problem. Does anyone have any ideas or solutions about this problem?

Sorry, this is also the x86 version of Win 7 Pro

Is this when you right-click any shortcut? Or just some of them?

Have you installed any applications lately, it could be something that was being added to the context menu.

Any .ink file, in any directory. I'm not sure when this started, I have not really needed to right click on any of the shortcuts until recently, but the last software package I last installed was Visual Studio 2008 Professional along with SQL Server 2005 Developer. Both are legitimate and registered versions.

Very good, this worked for me. It appears when I deleted the Groovepoint folder under the directory specified in the article, I can now right click again. Thank you, the both of you for your replies.
