Display size problems

I'm having a strange problem. I recently did an "anytime upgrade" from Windows home premium to professional and something is really bugging me. For some reason all my windows.....I don't know what to call them. All the balloon tips, the uac popups, the running programs area of the taskbar(antivirus, backup, anti-malware), download boxes, thumbnail views within folders etc....they're ALL quite a bit larger than they were previously. My taskbar icons seem larger as well. My resolution settings are 1920X1200(the recommended) I'm sure this is something ridiculously simple, but for some reason I can't think of how to fix it.

Hello Vincent,

You might double check to see if your DPI settings are set to something other than the default 96 DPI. A larger setting will result in everything being larger.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Brink......as always you are invaluable!
It was set at medium instead of small. My display is now perfect!!
