Protecting folder with password

I use one windows account which is admin, is there still a way to lock a folder with a password from anyone else that might get on my computer?

The easiest way to do that would be using a third-party encryption program.

I recommend the free Truecrypt.

You can create an encrypted, virtual hard drive or file container and put the folder or files in there.

I am with you, I wish there was a built-in way to password protect a folder.
