Windows 7 Black Screen (Can't access desktop)

Hi, I currently have a Macbook Pro and i have snow leopard and sometime ago I installed Windows 7 on to it. My windows 7 is genuine and when it keeped asking me to validate or verify it, I never bothered to. And few weeks later I went on the the Windows 7 side and all it came up with was a Black background and nothing else (No tool bar or anything) all I could see was a small white writing saying "This Windows 7 Is Not Genuine"

I searched everywhere and tried to solve it and one thing i saw was going on Task manager by pressing CTL ALT DELETE and running Internet explorer and that was not possible for me.. When just few days ago I could access the desktop Icons but when i click on My computer it said i do not have permission...

Is there anyway to fix this problem??? Please Please Help. Is there any other way to verify my WINDOWS 7?
