Could not load Asio.dll

Hi,
I've recently run into a very strange problem.
I restarted my computer, as usual, but then when it started it began to restart.
It rebooted until finally i could see the error box which was:
Could not load Asio.dll

I've done some googling and it seems that its something related to asus.

And the weirdest thing is, if i let it reboot for 4 times, i can use my computer normally.
Seriously, wtf?
Please help me, what do i do?

Try using msconfig to disable startup items. If the systems boots properly (before the 4th try...) add the disabled programs back in one at a time. When the system hangs you'll know that the last one you enabled is the culprit.

Go to Control Panel>>System, click the "Advanced" tab, then click "Startup and recovery". Make sure the "Automatically restart" box is unchecked.

Hopefully this will let you see the error screen before it reboots.

Did you try using msconfig?

IT WORKED!!!
Oh finally, after hours of troubleshooting i finally got a bulls eye.
It seemed performance counter dll host was causing this, dont know why dont care why, disabled it and bam, everything is working just fine!

Thanks again for all the support,

Alex.
