Hi, I'm using laptop. And I'm looking how to minimize power usage.
I mean, minimal cpu power usage lowering voltage ant other on battery and AC.

UT8F,
First thing I would do is lower the brightness of the screen, this can save a lot of power. With regards to minimal CPU usage.. obviously just close whatever you aren't actually using.
If you are plugged into AC, none of this should really matter. If you are looking to save a few bucks, the laptop isn't the place to do it since its cheap in the first place to power (look into heating/air conditioning).
Finally, there is this little guide if you wanna get more technical :)
turn off wifi if you aren't using it, may make a bit of difference - there's usually a simple button somewhere on the keyboard to turn on/off.
also, as kirsch notes, screen brightness has quite an effect on battery life.
and visit control panel >> hardware and sound >> power options >> power saver
Turn off Aero interface, transparencies and any hardware that you don't need ( Blue Tooth, PCMCIA cards, wifi, etc). Turn off things like background defrag and index utilities.
Hello UT8F, welcome to Seven Forums!
Also have a look at this little tutorial at the link below to see what you can stop from starting when the PC starts up, that should help a bit.
