I think you can do that with such softwares, TrueCrypt, MyWinlocker...FolderLocker, DirLock...

But you can aswell set to private all the folder in C:\Users\your Name\

Right click the user name you want, then "Share With"=>"Not Sharing"...it will make the all username private.

If you could make your Topic title a little more meaningful it will help you get a better response! Just "Hello" tells us nothing about your query so gets bypassed easily. That said is this what you are looking for:

Zip it with SevenZip and give it a password to open.

If you want to stop people from copying the folder from your computer and viewing it on another you could use Windows Encrypt, right click on the folder, click on Advanced... and tick "Encrypt contents to secure data" box, when clicking OK on both windows another window should open asking to back up the encryption key MAKE SURE YOU BACK THIS UP and click ok. Now you can view this folder on your computer but of you want to view it on another you will need to install the backup key. Hope this helps:)

It's easy to password protect using 7-Zip. Its better to double-zip so that no one can even see your file names.

Steps to Password Protect a Folder using 7-Zip File Manager
    ==================================================

    Install 7-zip
    Open 7-zip
Right click on the files or folder you wish to compress and encrypt.
    Select "Add to Archive"
Firstly change the Archive format to Zip, then change the encryption method to the robust AES-256
    Then click OK
Right click on the newly created zip folder
    Select "Add to Archive"
Firstly change the Archive format to Zip, then change the encryption method to the robust AES-256,
    Thirdly enter your password.
Then click OK. The rest of the options can be left as default.
Your password protected zip folder is created.

Windows explorer won't be able to open it. Error:Windows cannot complete the extraction.

Use 7-zip to extract the folder after entering password!!!

Need to enter password everytime to open folder.

If you wish to remove password protection:
Right-click on extracted folder inside 7-zip
    Select "Copy To" or F5
    Specify location
