    Nor coffee either..Windows Search... font

OK so some pages come out too small to read when I'm browsing, but generally they can be enlarged with Control +.

Not so entering queries in to Search: the font is too small and being in the bottom corner of the screen too makes it no easier.

I've set my display etc to a custom setting but that also make no change to Search.

    Therefore
Does a way exist to get a larger font to view?
Is there any method to make search queries and results show in a more convenient and comfortable part of the screen?

I live in what may be hopeless anticipation,

Sorry for the delay in coming back...granddad duties!
Have display set to 1920x1080 native resolution @ custom 133% and have a higher minimum font size set.

That way some screens have easily read text and most others cab ve adjusted by use if Ctrl+.

That is with the exception like that in my OP and some others like Adobe Elements that resist any changes.

I had this problem with Skype and Elements 6. After a lot of searching and contacting both software companies the conclusion was "The system fonts are not customizable" I think this also applies to the search box and results. As far as the position of the search box is concerned there is the alternative search box at the top right of the "Computer" window. See below:
