Ironically, I have noticed that quite a few MS sites have out of date security certificates, normally there is a button on FF that says "I understand the risks and want to continue" if you click it you can carry on.

I'm too reliant on these things to risk botching them and having to do a restore/format. ;)

I had the watermark too but it went away after I reactivated.

MS has kept me updated all along, as I bought W7 on release I assume that it has been maintained properly

- unless I hear reports of dramatic improvements, I shall wait and let them decide whether or not it's essential, via the usual updating process..

I suspect that this applies to a lot of us - I have tested so many of their products, I'm gonna give it a rest for a while....
