PDF Printing Problem - Cannot print portrait

Having an extremely annoying printing problem with PDFs... no matter what setting I have, PDFs will only print in landscape, book format, but only 1 sheet per page (i.e., the page shows up very small on 1/2 of the landscape sheet, with the other 1/2 of the sheet blank). Page setup and print preview look like normal portrait printing (1 sheet per page), but when I click print, it goes haywire.

Can anyone help? This is extremely frustrating and is affecting my business.

When you get ready to print do you have a preview button or icon that shows you what you are printing and how it is set up?
Then go to properties and set it up they way you want it.

Everything is set up correctly when I look in Print Preview and Properties (portrait, 1 page per side). When I click print, it magically appears on the printer as a landscape, with 1/2 of the page blank.

Is your printer driver updated for your OS?

Read thru this post and maybe the answer is there.
cannot save a .pdf file with Internet Explorer 8 in Windows 7
Or do a search, upper right corner for "printing pdf files"
There is a lot of info and posts to look over.
Let us know how you are doing with it.
