    Hello Navop.

Have a look at Option Two in the guide below; be sure to post back to keep us informed.

Towards the bottom of this page there is a download link for Ultimate Boot CD. Using whatever computer you are on, download that and burn it.

Use the CD to boot onto the computer you can't login to, and follow these instructions.

You can change your password to whatever you'd like! Once you change the password, restart the computer normally and use your new password. Voila!

I know its for XP, but we've used it on 7 here at work.

Please write your password (in paper/notebook/diary) when anyone change it. Its old but good method :)

You need Windows XP installation files to create the CD boot disk; have a better look at the page at the "this" link and at the page at the download link at the bottom of that page.

If the Administrator account has been enabled, you could boot to Safe Mode and login as Administrator then change the password on your normal account: Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable
