OK, this is what it means.

    1) You'll need to do a clean install of win7. This means your hard drive will be wiped clean. You'll need to back up all user data to external media, then boot off win7 dvd and choose "Custom Install".

Theres nothing extraordinary about this, you cannot upgrade from xp to win7 (by design).

    2) Your graphics card does not support aero (glass effect, transparency). There is no workaround, if you want aero, you need a new card.

    3) Right now, you have Outlook Express installed. Win7 does not support OE, not a problem, just use Windows live mail or webmail or a mail client of your choice.

    4) Check for the latest drivers for your wireless adapter, and audio and video drivers. If win7 drivers are available, well and good. Otherwise vista drivers and even xp ones can be used in compatibility mode. Best to go to the websites of the manufacturers and check. Win7 supports a lot of old devices, but no harm in doing some R&D.

    5) Windows defender is not required. It is now a part of MSE which is a free download.

    6) CPU and RAM are OK, as per win7 requirements. The CPU does not support virtualization which means you cant run XP mode on it, unless you use other solutions such as VPC. But a lot of people do that.

    7) Newer versions of NET framework have come out, you'll need to download them like everybody else.

    Windows 10, Home Clean Install

Before you do the clean install:
Buy the much cheaper upgrade version of Windows 7, not the full retail
Read this Tutorial:Clean Install with a Upgrade Windows 7 Version[2]=General Tips
    Watch the process on youtube.

You will feel so very comfortable, while actually installing, if you follow my advice.
