    I use free Team Viewer remote desktop to transfer files of any size between computers.

    Install TV with all defaults in 30 seconds on both computers, have remote user email/IM you their ID and password, Create Session selecting File Transfer, browse to file on your computer and target folder on remote computer, press Send.

    You could also go the FTP route and have her setup an FTP Server then both of you could connect via FTP to download whatever she makes available. See here: FileZilla - The free FTP solution

    Ok. bro just phoned. Private torrent being downloaded now. I must, I must remember to give my daughter more credit at times. I'll mark this issue solved, and thanks for all the suggestions, gives an alternative to Sky Drive

    Yep, TeamViewer would transfer 70mb of pics rather quickly.

    While that was happening... Yea things have moved on. A (short) few years back the only half decent method of shifting large files (FREE!!) was through a torrent. I need to get out more often!!
