Help hibernation fails the welcome screen pops after 2 sec.

Hi,
I have a severe hibernation problem it just doesn't work! I have tried to disable all wake up things like network cards usb devices etc. nothing should be able to wake the computer from sleep or hibernation besides the ps2 internal keyboard or power button. the computer will go into sleep just fine but not into hibernation it turns off the screen and after two seconds I'm at the welcome screen (I know how to change that to desktop but on battery power I would like to ensure it requests my password).
I attached the energylog created by powercfg -energy. Does anyone have a clue what could be causing this because I despretly need hibernation. BTW funny thing hibernation works just fine on ubuntu and osx (yeah yeah this is a netbook and I did buy the retail disk so i'm not stealing)
