Windows Mail Live Options at top not available???

    Hello -

In Windows Live Mail, All I have available to me is "NEW" and "SYNC"... All the other stuff - "REPLY", "REPLY ALL", "FORWARD", ADD CALENDER", "DELETE" and "JUNK" are all grayed out... When I R click on the bar it says "CUSTOMISE TOOLBAR", but whatever I select, will not go to the tool bar??? I don't know what to do - I'm totally lost. Does anyone have a solution or suggestion???

    Thanks,

Have you tried un-installing and re-installing WLM??

I've noticed that some of the menubar options will be grayed out until they are activated to actually perform their function. Example, Mark Read will be grayed out if the email that is selected is already marked as read.
