Benchmark Results good? Bad ? Or Indifferent ?

    Intersting benchmark.
    Guess my 4890 is hanging in there :)

    Done 1 at the default 1280x1024 res and a second at 1920x1080P.

    Not too bad I think .. just wish it had DX11

    Hi steve-pressman.
    I'm wondering why you're using the ATI drivers so outdated. Did you had any problems with the newer versions?! If not, I suggest that you update them, since it is quite likely that you'll get better results with more accurate drivers!

    I am kind of old school and a believer of "If it ain't broken don't fix it" However I will make a fresh system image in a few minutes and then download the new drivers and see what difference I get. Thanks for the info :)

    Try it with 10.3 and then 10.6 but skip both 10.4 and 10.5 they were a bit buggy, my laptop is very happy with 10.3 and my desktop 10.6.

    Could only find the 10.7 I will try them anyways I can always go back to my old image if they are buggy.

    can someone post me the link to that program he is using or attach it for me so i can test my card i have the same one interested in how it benches on oc mode

    I been using trail versions of pc vantage benchmark ect not really giving me the performance info i really want

    yeah you are kinda doing your 5770 a injustice by not allowing it to give true power on the screen belive me after building this rig i seen a hell of a big difference especially when i was using my 7300gt on a 22" now using the hd 5770 im like man where in the hell have i been all this time

    belive me you will be wowed after a new fresh hdmi flatscreeen
