New Graphics card wont install. Just got a new graphics card. It wont appear on device manager atall. Fan on the gpu is running fine.
I thouhg its the pcie slot is dead. But i plugged a really old graphics card into the slot and the fan works on that and that is powered by the pcie slot. So it must be working?
