And take a look at this and see if my RAMs are different, i have reported to my motherboard's manufacturer's official website when the blue screen happened, here is what i wrote to them:
Hello, when i insert two RAMs inside each one is 1GB, with the external VGA ATI, after i turn on the computer, after about 1-2-3 hours i get a blue screen error,
But when i remove a RAM and keep only one inside i don't get Blue screens, can you tell me why is this problem please?
Is the motherboard not capable for 2GB RAMs? or is the processor weak for 2GB RAMs?
And here is their reply:
Dear Amged
Thanks for contacting ECS!
This motherboard can support to 2G memory
Please check your RAMs one by one in order to find out which RAM was broken
Do you use the same RAMs ?
Is there any difference between the RAMs?
Could you tell us more detail about your RAMs ?
Best regards

For the old RAM (short one):

Is there a difference in the slots, like should i put certain RAMs in certain slot?
Thanks.
And another thing please.
In Windows 7 does it become different when i resume windows from hibernation when i put an external graphics card?
Before it was SiS Mirage graphics 64MB (the internal one) When i click Hibernate instead of shut down, and when i turn on the computer again it says " Resuming Windows " and it didn't take long to resume the windows, but after i put the external N8400GS nVIDIA 512MB or the ATI HD 4350 512MB Graphics card, it takes longer time than before on "Resuming Windows" the power supply is: Micro Computer Technology "M C T" Model: P4-450Watt.
Can you tell me more details about why resuming windows from hibernation becomes slower when a extrnal graphics card is inserted?
Thank you very much.
And they replied:
Dear Amged
Thanks for your feedback

According to your description, we doubt that there was difference between two memory modules
Can you help to check the chip of memory ? Or please provide the picture of memory chip.
About hibernation slower issue
You should try to uninstall all programs that you don't need, defragment your HDD, use CCleaner to clean Windows, disable services that you don’t need, etc.
If it still too slower, please try to reinstall os and drivers.
