    In a word... No.

64 megabytes of graphics memory, and 1.5 gigs of RAM won't cut it for most games, and it can barely run Aero.
You could probably PLAY the game, but it probably will not be the most enjoyable experience. Turn it down to LOWEST graphics settings possible, and try to avoid watching explosions.

How do you have shared video memory AND dedicated memory?
    Never heard of that before.

    This,

Video Memory Virtualization - A Brief Guide

is what he is looking at.

And to give an idea of what that Mobility 4570 is capable of,

Notebookcheck: AMD ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570

As said games like BFBC2 should run, but it will be at all low (and those that have the option, off) and even then don't be surprised if it doesn't run too well.
