You still do not understand. Your OS is running DX 11, it is backwards compatible. If your vid card can run DX 10, then it is with W7. If you installed DX 9, that will help older games and older cards, but you will still be using an OS that runs DX 11. Goto control panel for vid card, it should tell you if vid card is DX 10 ready.
As stated before, not many games even use DX 11. Only nVidia GTX 400 series cards will run DX 11.
Theres really nothing you can do about this. If DX Diag states no problems, your good here.
I have Dell E1505 with X1400 mobile dxdiag show dx11. But why I posted was if this wasn't already linked too, give this a shot. Its MS's latest dx runtimes. It will install any and all runtimes your system could use to date.
