Hertz problem

Hi
I have a problem with LCD Hertz.
In windows XP and Windows Vista, I can put in my monitor 75hz in 1280x1024 resolution.

But in Windows 7, I just can use 60hz with the same resolution
My monitor is a Flatron LG M1917A

Anybody knows how I can solve this?

ThankS!

I had a similar question on a new monitor. I have the option of 75 on a very similar monitor. Samsung's website does say the native refresh rate for all of it's LCD monitors is 60. I expect it's the same with LG.

Refresh rates on LCD monitors

Also there is a tutorial on how to force refresh rates if you want to read it.

Hope this helps. Have a good day.
