Intel(R) & NVIDIA driver booty

hello...

so my boot time takes a very long time (~5min) and i believe one of the causes is a faulty vga.sys... i copied the vga.sys from the windows\system32\drivers folder to the desktop and changed the sys into a txt file so that i may see some keywords from it... i opened the vga.txt and found keywords like the ATI and NVIDIA...

now the problem is that i have the Intel(R) GMA HD and not the NVIDIA... I just installed Batman: Arkham Asylum and it says that the NVIDIA Geforce #(some number) is required... are there any get-around from this?<-- i mean, to make my boot faster...

hoping for a solution... thanks...

Set up a clean boot. If you run faster, follow instructions
If you do not run faster report back for further help
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If it does not work, let us know if it works in safe mode.

clean boot doesn't make my laptop run faster... i also posted the general problem here in this thread... long boot time... maybe drivers...

safe mode took a long time at CLASSPNP.sys

though i'm now in safe mode, maybe we can use that link instead... thanks for your help... i really hope i can solve this problem

There is a policy against double posting. It creates confusion and double work.
