All I can suggest is to check the warranty on those cards, since IMO a great warranty on a video card is a must. FabeI've always stuck with EVGA, Asus, and LG. I've never used anything made by any of those brands, do they generally make pretty good stuff?

Granite I don't have DDR3, and intel i7 cpu, or SSD drives, which would be awesoem but as i have been told in the past, its justa fools errand trying to keep up to state of the art tech. I don't wanna spend the money for whole new rig as much fun as it would be but its been a little over 2 years I figure somethings could use upgrading to some degree.
Like i wouldn't want to upgrade to DDR3 for example because I'd new a new motherboard etc...
The only thing that I've though of is the CPU Fan (liquid cooling), and a GTX 480. Only reason i mention the CPU fan is because the only way it was able to fit inside the mid-tower I unfortunately chose to get is horizontal so it exhausts up into the power supply rather than out the back.
Here are some pictures cause I have nothing else to do plus maybe it'll be a good visual?

well it shouldnt matter if you got enough fans and circulation but im sure you would be better off with a bigger tower and more room to kinda seperate everything from one another and make cooling more effective
I have a mid atx case which im pretty much cramped a power house into i plan on buying a full tower 120 mm fans etc along with psu seperation makes it alot cooler most of the time you have the psu right next to the mainboard also looks like that is exactly what you have a bigger tower more room space better air circulation
Just something to consider
From your pictures I don't see any room for an additional card.
If you look your first card sits above the hard drive below it so a second card just wouldn't fit not with the HD configuration you have now.
As for your CPU cooler exhausting into your PSU it's not ideal but at least your PSU is exhausting the hot air through it, which means your adding additional heat to your PSU. I would probably turn that rear fan to pull in cool air and see if it made any difference.
On one hand it would be pulling cool air in directly on your CPU cooler that would exhaust it through your PSU it might make a little difference pending on where your tower is located, such as on top of your desk or on the floor.
In the placement of my tower I don't think it would matter since it's under my desk in an enclosed area that kinda traps the air and isn't the best of locations. So I'm basically recirculating the already warm air through the system not allowing for any cooler air to enter the case

But if it was placed where it could draw in the ambient room temperature directly onto your CPU fan then up and out your PSU you might see a little drop in temp. especialy if you had a 120 or larger fan blowing cool air in from the side of your case.
Bottom line a full tower with say a couple 120's blowing on your HD's and a 240 blowing in from the side and a couple 120's on top exhausting and possibly the H70 closed water cooling CPU unit (whenever it comes out) would be an ideal setup

Got a bit long winded on this post but it's all about air flow and equaling the presure inside the case, trying to match the intake with the exhausting of air.Fabe
P.S. pretty decent cable management which would also imorive with the right case, a lot of them with COU cutouts for replacing the coolers without removing the vboards as well as cutouts for cable management.
