NVidia Control Panel Settings do not work

    Hey Folks,

I am running build 7127 of Windows 7 x64, with the latest N-Vidia Drivers from their website.

Basically the problem I have is that my N-Vidia Control Panel settings do not seem to be applying.

I have the advanced settings option set, with anti-aliasing, and all of the other settings turned up to max, however these settings are not applying to any of my games or programs.

I was previously running build 7067 with the March Drivers and these settings worked fine, however they do not seem to be working here.

I tried rolling back to the March drivers however this did not resolve the problem which leads me to suspect some issue in the OS?

    Any solutions people?

    Thanks
    Zach

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the N-Vidia drivers several times yes, but I still have the same issues with my N-Vidia Control Panel settings not applying to my games or programs.

hmm..not sure what the problem may be.. could it be a fudged installer?, try re-downloading the installer, and installing that?

One thing I learned a long time ago when uninstalling/installing Nvidia drivers is to use Driver Cleaner in between to remove all traces of the old driver BEFORE installing the new ones.
This has solved many a problem for me that otherwise would be caused by driver conflicts with parts of the old drivers remaining in the driver cab files.
