How do I change laptop resolution?

hello guys, how to change resolution to 1024x768 in laptop 10 inch with win 7. i was download new driver intel 945 express chipset, but still not work. my resolution now is 1024x600. SO HELP MEEEEEE PLISSSS!!!

i can do it (scrolling page) with win XP, but not with win 7.
I've fixed the screen like this

when i use win XP, i can use 1024x768 but the "display scrolling" up and down. its pretty usefull for me because i used to playing application /game that is required to use 1024x768. please dude!

i've solved my self problem from another forum. from the file original display driver (XP version), click your file installer (driver vga)> properties> Tab compability> change to "compability mode to run this program in compability mode for "windows xp/vista/or other OS that's work for you before "> click OK.
then run setup.! restart..CMIWW
