Graphic card problem with new Win7 installation

Hello everybody! I'm not english so excuse me for my language.

    Here is the problem:

I install win7 on a WD 1,5TB SATA hdd but after the installation the OS reconizes my video as Standart VGA Graphics Adapter. When i update the driver it reconizes it az Radeon HD 4770 (correct) and after the restart the win doesnt work - it loads to the wallpaper ONLY (and it is not on full size of the monitor) with no cursor, icons etc.

It is the same when i download ATI drivers and install them or wait for win7 update to find drivers for my video and install them.

I reinstall the win7 and install firstly the drivers for the maotherboard and it is all the same

Welcome to the Seven Forums, in order to really give you the best answers it is very important that you system specs be filled out as completely as possible, having your OS and GPU info is not nearly enough some mobo, PC's etc require different steps to solve issues.
