Having difficulty adding second monitor. Please, all feedback welcome.

I just added a Samsung 24" P2450 widescreen monitor, and my question is about how how the browser window should behave....

When I extend the display, I have set the Samsung 24" to be my primary display and my native laptop display to be second. What is happening (and it probably is meant to be like this) for example: In my first display- when I want two page to resize equally it wont do it, because it is considering my second display as the "threshold" or end of screen which is where you have to drag a window for it to be resized. Is there a way to configure it so windows really treats each display as its own? Right now because I love having my windows resized automatically, I have it extended to projector only. I am running Win7 home premium and my lappy is 2010 HP 2153cl,
It has integrated graphics, I have the i3 "arrandale" cpu if that helps. Thanks.

Try and download Ultramon, I've not used it personally, but it has a load of features for multi-monitors and might have what you're looking for.
