laptop having two different video card

Go to Device Manager and check under "Display Adapters" and see if your nVidia card is enabled under the "Driver" tab.

Next thing I'd check is the Power Options, and you can access this by right clicking on the battery Icon in the bottom left tray. I'd see if that is on High Performance setting or Balanced. I would set it at High Performance to see if it changes it.

Your laptop has 2 GPUs, and swaps between them to save power.

Look up your laptops documentation to see if there is a way to manually set it. Check on the settings DarkScorpion mentioned.

That's true, it isn't needed, it won't fix any problems. The only thing it would do is make boot a few seconds quicker since that service isn't needed to be loaded.
