AOE3

I have a ATI RADION 4350 and this game runs great with everything on high exept when i move the mouse to a different place(scrolling to like a different part of the map) the screen gets a little choppy. Is this a windows 7 error ?

Sounds like you have the settings too high and the mouse is struggling lower your settings slightly, so that you have enough system performance to enable smooth scrolling.

As said above, turn down graphics. If that doesn't fix it (it should), then try new mouse drivers.
