Welcome to SevenForums. Not that I put to much stock in the WEI score but have you run it to see what your graphics is rated at and would you post a snip of it?

You can run it by going to My Computer>System Properties run the WEI program.

Also did you make sure you have the power connector(s) plugged into your card?

Looks to me that your CPU and RAM are not up to par.

Could be drivers partly (try using 197.45 version). But the main culprit looks to be your lower end cpu which is bottleknecking the card. One of my older systems was a tri-core AMD w/GTX 260 and I noticed a good performance increase when I swapped it to the 945 Quad I have now. Newer games are getting as much cpu intensive as GPU. So a good cpu is critical.

Also in Mafia II make sure you have physx disabled.

I think he summed it up 2gb is nothing for game play and athlon processor forget it you need 4 gb or more to run those games smoothly plus make sure power is plugged to the card
