    If your power supply allow this, yes.

    However if the card comes with those adapters use them. Then later on when funds are right, upgrade the power supply.

    im going to double check my psu box seems im better off with the adapters i have one 4 pin extra i just dont have the 2 pin

    Just a quick update i could not decide between the 5850 and the 5870 so i bought the 6870 instead!

    Don't know yet,still waiting for the return of my motherboard from asus,it was faulty,i will upload a screen shot of the 3dmark 06 scores i get.Cant wait to put it in!!

    yeah well looks like ill be getting mine at the end of this month im putting together a plan i just turned the MLAA feature on my 5770 at first the flash was acting funny but now it is under control

    Darn I'm missing out on all this goodness as I'm still using a 4890. Will get a new card next year :)

    I think you're card is supported for the MLAA try it out see if it works they have a list of cards it works on
