    New 10.10 driver for Diamond Hd 5770

    My question is I been paying close attention to what has being said about this driver and the issues it does to the cards

    my steam account just updated the driver for instalation my concern is with it being about a week after the release would it be wise or ok to roll with the new driver

    or should i hold off and not worry about it unless win7 begs me to install it ?

    if someone has one of these cards and is or tryed using the latest ccc please give me some proof or pro's cons about my situation it would better help me make a choice

    i don't want any bsod or any wierd pixel formations

    your inputs will be greatly apreciated

    I always like to install the latest drivers. Go ahead. If you have any problems, you can always roll back.

    Nope. I have an ATI card, but not that one. Can't speak from experience. If nobody else replies and you are concerned, waiting a few weeks or a month won't matter.

    I've installed CCC 10.10 hotfix c:

    GPU-86: AMD Catalyst

    Enabled Morphological and the new Catalyst AI:

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0000]
    "EnableUlps_NA"="0"
    "MLF_NA"="0"
    "SurfaceFormatReplacements_NA"="0"
    "TextureLod_NA"="0"
    "TFQ_NA"="0"

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0000\UMD]
    "AntiAliasSamples_SET"= "0,2,4,8,16"
    "AntiAliasMapping_SET"="0(0:0,1:0) 2(0:2,1:2) 4(0:4,1:4) 8(0:8,1:8,2:16)"
    "AntiAliasSamples_DEF"="1"
    "AntiAlias_DEF"="1"
    "EnableUlps_DEF"="1"
    "MLF_DEF"="1"
    "SurfaceFormatReplacements_DEF"="1"
    "TFQ_DEF"="1"

    The only thing I don't like about it is HDMI scaling still screwed up. Overall cool driver.
