True dual Monitor & TV Display

I have a RADEON X600 256MB HyperMemory card. It has DVI, VGA, & an S-Video output. It will dual display on the s-vid and either of the other outputs...or the VGA and the DVI together if both are monitors (no TV's). The DVI will work on the TV (42" Plasma). BUT, then the vga is disabled. With the monitor plugged into the VGA port the DVI is disabled for a TV. Again, two MONITORS will work, just not a monitor and a TV. (It can tell).
I want tor run an extended desktop on the TV (with the DVI HD output) and my flat panel monitor with the VGA. Can anyone recommend a video card that will do that?

Hi,

I have an nVidia GeForce GTS 240, and i can do the display you are asking about. My current setup is DVI to a 19" monitor, and VGA to a 22" HDTV ( that tv only takes VGA ) But i also have a 42" plasma TV and DVI will work with that with a VGA connection to my monitor as well. My graphics card has an s-video, and 2 DVI ports ( i convert the DVI to VGA when using my smaller TV )

Hope this helps!

Not familiar with Nvidia software but I do believe for ATI cards to run more then 2 monitors ( 2x lcd & TV / eyefinity or not ) you need a 5000 series card or higher.
