GeForce 460 strange voice?

After I bought new graphic card I noticed when I'm playing games computer starts to make strange frustating voice.. It is so high that my headset basically removes it but if I'm playing without headset it drives me nuts.. If I alt-tab away from game it returns back to normal.

Is it an actual voice or static or popping sound?
Maybe your picking up an EMI ooh ?
How are you connected to your LCD? I know with my sound card using DVI to HDMI I sometimes get weird interference.

Well its some kind of buzzing.
I got straight HDMI connection.
Dont know about sound card since voice was same with my old motherboard (it died so I bought new one -.-).
It comes inside the computer and only when playing games ie. WoW or SC2.
Want me to link dxdiag?
And what is EMI?

EMI = Electro Magnetic Interference.

Buzzing often indicates an open ground, sometimes a grounding short circuit.
A bad or failing component can produce that symptom too.

It would be helpful to isolate the source of the sound. You can use a short piece of plastic tubing held to your ear to investigate all around inside the case and surface of the motherboard to find what component is emitting the buzzing.
