Windows 7: Gainward Geforce GTX 460 1GB golden sample

Gainward Geforce GTX 460 1GB golden sample

System specs:

Corsair 650W
4GB ram
Gainward GTX 460 1 gb golden sample
Cpu: Intel Pentium E6300 / 2.8 GHz
Running Windows 7 64-bits
Monitor: LG Flatron W2243S 23,5"

Now to the problem. I cannot connect my monitor from VGA to DVI input on my graphic card. My screen turns either blue, or the screen simply doesn't get any signal. The other problem is I lost my native resolutions, 1920x1080 and 1680x1050. It's almost like my monitor isn't recognized by windows any longer. It's listed as a non-generic PnP monitor. The other thing is I cannot play games i.e Black ops on any lower resolutions than 1920x1080 or 1600x1200. My screen will begin flickering. Anyone had this problem before or has any fix? Treid reinstalling drivers, new and old ones. The problems still occur.

Have you tired a different monitor cable and port on the GPU?

Yes, it's the graphic card that is completely retarded my old gt220 is functional, and I can connect my monitor from VGA to dvi on it. So I guess I'll RMA it.
