Try downloading and installing all the .NET versions.

Uninstall ATI Catalyst install manager, run Driversweeper in safe mode to clean all ATI entries and re-install Catalyst Drivers normally.

Install Driver Sweeper: Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

    Download AMD 10.11's: ATI Radeon

Go to add/remove and uninstall ATI drivers. Choose express uninstall to get rid of everything. Answer yes to uninstalling CCC. Reboot when prompted.

As your system reboots, tap the F8 key to enter Safe Mode. In safe mode run driver sweeper and place a check in the ATI box. Run it and reboot.

Install 10.11's. You should be good to go. You don't need .net, the drivers come with it.

Did everything you said, uninstalled with the ATI installer, rebooted, tried driver sweeper but it crashes on me. Reinstalled and no luck still yet. I think i have the mother of all computer problems. I've heard this one is a pretty bad and annoying one.

Which version of driver sweeper did you use? The one in my link is the latest version.

Also, run driver sweeper with 'Run as Administrator'

I used the latest version, 2.7.5 i think.
I ran it as administrator, in Windows XP mode and it still crashes on me.
Any other ideas for the CCC not opening?

Pretty sure we said to use Add/Remove and not the ATI installer. That's less of an issue than Driver Sweeper though.

Driver Sweeper will crash if you're not in Safe Mode... there's no point in even trying to run it unless you're in safe mode.

Did you keep tapping the F8 key while rebooting?
