Windows 7 does not recognize the Monitor

    Ok so I'm one step closer. The Monitor cannot go into VGA input unless there is data on it but windows 7 wont allow me to send data for some reason.

    Im leaving for the night but to anyone that will atempt to help me here is a tip. I go to the (default monitor) change the "disconnect This Display" to "extend desktop to this display" and then I hit apply. After That I click the "Keep Changes" button but it just changes the option back to "Disconnect this display"
